This forum should support each group as they brainstorm together to build mind maps about their ideas for their project.

Brainstorm together to answer these questions: Who will build your project? What will the benefits be? When will it be implemented? Where will the context be? Why will your project succeed? How will it overcome obstacles?

Should your team only make one mindmap? Or should individual team members mind map to illustrate their OWN perspectives and ideas on the project? In my experience, teams are often led by people who really WANT to lead a project, but may not be the best at coming up with new ideas and creative solutions...

Post your mindmaps in your group areas, and then give feedback, or ask questions, to at least two other teams...

I have seen no one had posted anything in a discussion forum, maybe because of confusion of regarding which tools to use or not having that much of idea about mind map and tools to create about it.

Secondly, someone had mentioned about collaborative mind map in last week webinar and I found a couple of websites where you can create a mind map and share it with your group to edit for a brainstorming session.

Hi Maheswari,

Thank you for appreciation, The Bio char project we are planning will be very cost effective, the its material requirement for bio char production will bee locally available from the nearby forest and agricultural land such as wood chips, only thing is that we have to manage other costs such as food, travel, accommodation while doing project implementation phase.
