SDG Asia - web conference today!
by Brant Knützen - Saturday, 26 May 2018, 6:25 AM

Good morning SDG Asia project participants!

Today we have the first plenary web conference, so I hope to see all teams represented for the SDG 7 web conference.

The meeting time will be 10am in Pakistan, 10:30am in India, 10:45am in Nepal, 12noon in Indonesia, and 1pm in Mongolia (I hope I have calculated all those times correctly)!

It's now 6am in Hong Kong, so we should all get online in just under 7 hours time!

As always, the web conference room can be accessed using the link: https://meet615974094.adobeconnect.com/sdgasia/
(please use earbuds or a headset to improve the audio quality and avoid echo)

We will review the SDG 7 forum discussion based on the workshop content and your contributions.

By now all project participants should have an Introductory forum post and a course profile with headshot, and have at least 1 post up on the SDG 7 forum discussion.

Each participant should also post a question or feedback to someone else on the forum, preferably to someone on another team (Use Reply, and mention the name of the person you are responding to).   If someone has asked you a question or given you feedback, please respond to them (and mention the name of who you are Replying to, it helps).

If you haven't done these things yet, time to get busy!   ;)

Note: a couple of participants have asked about a certificate of participation issued by the organizing bodies of this webinar.  After the webinar workshop has completed at the end of August, KAS / HKAC will generate an official certificate of participation for those teams who have achieved a satisfactory level of participation in the workshop, and production of the multimedia essay.  We will also invite selected members from each satisfactory team to attend the culminating conference in Singapore in November 2018 to show their production on new ideas in sustainable development in Asia!

Best wishes,

Brant
