Hello SDG Asia participants,
Dr. Glenn Shive of HKAC has proposed a possible direction for a next phase of the SDG Asia project.
Basically, he proposes that each of the five current teams recruit a local school or youth-oriented NGO, and mentor them to produce a short video to tell their stories about climate change for showing at future UN conferences. We would invite them to network via web conferences linking two teams at a time for group discussion and exchange of ideas / perspectives.
Interested teams should review the attached proposal, and we will briefly discuss it near the end of the web conference this Saturday.
Further discussion and development of plans will take place on Tuesday, Jan 22 at the conference in Singapore.
