This is 90-second storyline of our Project" Getting SDGs down to the ground"
1. Pakistan’s Slum population is decreasing but living conditions are getting worse.
2. Meher Ali is one of the worst slums in Hyderabad as it is being used as a garbage dump for the city.
3. The slum has 10,000 inhabitants living in around 400 shelters.
4. One seventeen years old from the slum is bringing about a change.
5. This is Asif
6. Asif has started a social movement to get the area recognized by local authorities and in turn get them to clean it up
7. He has done this by using renewable energy to solve the community energy crisis and highlight the potential of solar energy for other slums.
8. With a new emphasis on sustainable development goals, Asif has brought a series of visiting politicians’ to visit the slum,
9.and, in turn, changed the status of the people that live there and their access to basic civic facilities.

we have done our 90 sec video story line and script finalized, will email by today to DJ as he told, yet 5 mint video need to be finalized, during Programe when Sir Syed NAZAKAT mentoring session with all teams and worked out their final 5 minutes video script, only team Pakistan left to went through under Sir Nazakat mentoring , he called us by the end , but our presentation was about to start , so we could not make it, then end of the day and didn’t find time or opportunity to get our 5 minutes video script finalized under sir Nazakat suggestions.
So as you suggest, can you get us sir Nazakat for mentoring to finalized our script? Email to him or what?

we have done our 90 sec video script, got feedback from DJ and then finalized version goes on production of the video. our shooting is done and we are in the middle of post production and edition of the video, hopefully by 22 sept, 90 sec video will be ready to review.

progress sharing: so far, we have done shooting based on 90 sec video script ( a character from the community has been narrating the story in the video), luckily, we got a real person who has been part of all the process and social movement in the area, so let him in the video and shuffler and re-arrange visuals. so, right now we have all visuals or material that make our 90 sec video. yet, it will take more time for final production of 90 send video, may be we one week more. In 22 meeting, the time line of basic video will be shared that will be finalized after words.

Hello Brant and to all teams!
It was a much fruitful learning experience at Bangkok. What I loved to learn at the meeting was that how to make our story short but effective!
Our further plannings are according to the guidelines of the facilitators to find a character that we have finally got, he is good at speaking Urdu language but needed a lot of Practice. As Samreen is on travel so Waqas and me were on a shoot.
We missed Samreen a lot! As it is really hard to take a lead on such a big project.
we have done with taking the shots of the character of our story, almost we are near to finish it.

We have made a quick edit to show you how it is starting to shape up. We need you to edit with longer clips to give time for the text to come up be read easily and then go down. We also need ambient sound from the area.
But first lets wait for KAS to approve the script.
Thank you so much DJ, we will work on as per you guideline, so there are two things : longer clips as per duration on text and second ambient sound, we will try to record in the community.

after doing 90 sec video, we are moving towards 5 minutes video version. This is for updates. i think , pattern will be same , as DJ made as us learn the skill of effective story telling, we need to make it more detailed (The video) so we are working on Script. looking forward
