Hello everyone,

According to me these are the following points on which a green city should be judged :-

[1] Sufficient green area

Greenery in our living environment benefits more than just our health and well-being. It also facilitates water management and promotes biodiversity in built-up areas, and can help reduce the effects of noise pollution.

[2]Waste management

Proper safety measures and waste disposal methods make for a cleaner, safer world with less diseases and lower potential harm to both humans and animals. When done right, waste management can also conserve energy and reduce dangerous deforestation including cutting down less trees for paper production.

[3]Carbon footprint compliant infrastructure

Reducing Greenhouse Gas Emissions Could Prevent Premature Deaths. ... Greenhouse gases such as carbon dioxide trap heat, helping warm the globe. The surge in carbon dioxide levels due to human activity since the Industrial Revolution is now causing an overall warming of the planet that is having impacts around the globe.

[4]Energy Efficient transportation system

Safe, equitable, and energy-efficient urban transport can help achieve multiple health and sustainability goals. Shifting urban design and infrastructure investments into public transport networks that prioritize rapid bus transit or light rail over private vehicles can reduce the long-term trajectory of both air pollution and climate emissions generated by private transport – and improve health equity by providing those lacking cars with better mobility.

[5]Water management system

Better water management means a healthier environment. Agriculture can have a significant impact on the environment and on people's health. Inappropriate land and water management can deplete water sources, pollute water systems, contribute to soil infertility and erosion and destroy natural ecosystems.
