The purpose of this assignment is to provide you with an opportunity to apply what you have learnt with regard to either: (1) the design of a curriculum unit that include substantial e-learning element, or (2) an e-learning implementation plan with special focus on the professional development (PD) component. The evaluation will be graded with respect to the degree to which you construct logical, coherent arguments, and the use and understanding of learning theories and pedagogical models we have discussed in class. Note: this assignment is collaboratively developed as a product of group discussions, but written individually in your own words and submitted as an individual assignment. Length of the evaluation report: (about 1000 - 1500 words.)

In order to be fair to students who have submitted their assignments on time, and to encourage effective time-management skills, late submission of this assignment without prior approval will normally receive the following penalties:
- up to 3 days late : a full grade will be deducted from the grade the assignment would otherwise have received
- more than 3 days late : the assignment will fail
